Without any judgement, research objectively to know exactly how your body/mind were designed and what it needs to function smoothly as you go through life. Remember that your body is simply the vehicle and not who you really are.

As you find out all these aspects of yourself, keep negative learning consequences to a minimum by respecting and understanding their power. Understand there is a purpose to whatever you find out about your body and mind.

Resolve yourself to embrace and integrate all stuck emotions as they come up. From this place your intuition and the evolution of your life merge into one.

Group Coaching Class

A minimum of 4 weeks of this group coaching class is required before signing up for any of the individual coaching packages. Learn the Resolve Coaching Protocol in a group setting to work on resolving core emotional blocks that keep your life and relationships from moving forward. This class cycles every 4 weeks. You can join in at any time.

Basic Resolve Individual Coaching

4 weeks of individual coaching. Includes: access to weekly group coaching class, an initial 2-hour coaching session, one 90-minute session to enforce any emotional shifts that have occurred, and two 1-hour follow-up sessions to learn how to continue this work in your life.

Deepening Your Peace Coaching

12 weeks of individual coaching. Includes: access to weekly group coaching class, an initial 2-hour coaching session, one 90-minute session to enforce any emotional shifts that have occurred, and 10 more weeks to continue emotional resolution sessions and to learn how to embody this coaching protocol.
